To the ancient Mayans, the gold resin
from the copal tree was a sacred gift to man from the divine God of the

the Aztecs and Incas, copal was considered an important tool in prophecying

Damar gum resin from Indonesia is also
known as cat-eye resin because of its refractive qualities. The Malay
word damar means°light° which describes the characteristics of
the resin: In darkness, it is the bringer of light lifting the spirits

Frankincense 20g
Used in religious ceremonies since ancient
times, the fragrance of Frankincense resin was believed to connect to
the spiritual realms, allowing prayers to rise up through the aromatic

from the Greek island of Chios, is light and fresh with a lemony fragrance
that inspires reflection and clarity. The word mastic comes from the Greek
masticate, meaning to chew. Containing anti-bacterial properties, the

Gum Sandarac from the Atlas region in Morocco is a resin that seeps from
the bark and branches of the Cypress Sandarac tree. The cleansing fragrance
